I've reboot in safe mode, tried clearing his Safari cache (though the problem is there in Chrome too, so I don't think that would make a difference anyway) and even tried in the Opera browser I tried the Mac app and, on that, his Air will eventually find a server (though it doesn't seem to be a close by server), but then never actually connects to it to run the test That site works fine on the rest of our computers Issue is that specifically won't work on his Air His wifi is working fine and can test it normally on and Xfinity's speed test site, among others so, that's not the issue It gets stuck on the 'finding optimal server' message and never actually finds the serverĬonsequently, he can't check his internet speed on that site So my older son's 2020 Intel Air can't connect to
